Visiting this website

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time may be processed to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults. The site does not use advertising pixels or a separately installed visitor-analytics service.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser sends technical connection information to Google when requesting them. You can read Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their handling of information. These providers may process data outside Australia.

Contacting us

Email links open your own email application. If you choose to send a message, we receive the address, name and information you include so we can respond to your enquiry. Messages to our branded support and orders addresses are forwarded through Cloudflare to the Peptavelle Gmail inbox. Please do not send medical records, payment-card details or other sensitive information by ordinary email.

Storage and cookies

This launch page does not deliberately store preferences, identifiers or a shopping bag in your browser. Hosting and security providers may use measures needed to deliver and protect their services. Email correspondence is retained as needed to address your enquiry and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your questions and requests

Contact support@peptavelle.com.au to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

When the store opens
